hmm! well its not just the flower that preoccupies me but all those beautiful moments captured in time by your magic lens. I am regular visitor of Kaleidoscopes blog site and I dont know why I ignored the links on her blog. I always have wanted to take such pictures but I guess I have to wait a long time for that.I like the additional quote you seem to incorporate in all your pictures. The biggest gift we have is our power of imagination, I am glad I keep finding people with plenty of that...

Some photos are like that. They convey more than what I can comprehend ;-)Maybe this flower is saying, staying alone is not a bad thing at all :-D

But its nice:-) Was it a solitary flower or something like that? Or was it in the edge of the flower garden? Because in the background I dont see any other flower(s) :-?

Ian, Oyster, K, thank you for the comments.

Zaps, ty for stopping by. Whats keeping you frm taking pics?

Ferrari, I found this flower nearby a lake, it wasnt part of any garden. Yea it was the only flower between the weeds.

lens,
its something to do with time and the resources. They dont permit me to do so as of now. Research occupies too much of my time...

ML - That's a beautiful closeup of the grass flower. The details of the flower that are not easily visible with the naked eye are captured in this pic. Your quote is apt as usual.

Thanks B for visiting.

CB, i really enjoyed takin this pic, it was fun to be on the ground to be in the same level with the flower..

Your comments on the visibility with naked eye reminds me of this quote...

"Why has not man a microscopic eye?
For this plain reason: man is not a fly".
- Alexander Pope, 1688-1744

Thank God for Cameras, or should i take a name here? :))
