Hey lens,
Your title caught my eye. Hazing in american english means to be ragged and it also means to diminish visibility. I thought you deliberately chose this title to mean that the flower looks tormented. Interesting...

I think i watched a documentry some where that said Japanese movies are great explorers of negative space... they shoot their movies that way...
I think that kind of photography captures the object and does not forget about its environment...its like seeing the whole picture...or the bigger picture... I will have to write a post on all this some day.
